Help with Creating In-Line Website Previews within Post Field

Hey guys,
I am looking for any kind of mod that can preview a web page once a URL is typed into the post. I have attached a picture for a crude demo example. If you can imagine how AME youtube video conversion works. You simply type in the youtube video URL and it automatically converts the URL into an inline video image. I am wondering how you can do this with actual website snapshots like in facebook?

You might want to search on the word "media*" in "all mods" "titles only". There is something called AME Media..... um, I can't remember the exact name, but I think it does what you want.
