Ban Reason Character Limit Removal

Im running VB 3.8.3 and have noticed quite a few times that there is a character limit in the Reason for banning someone feild. Is there any way i can remove this or make the limit higher?

Any Help is appreciated. Also if this is in the wrong section Im sorry.
