vb.org Archive - Include thread contents in subscribed user notifications

I'm using version 3.8.4. In my company we have many employees signed up for our forums and they must subscribe to each of several specific forums so they get email notifications when there is a thread posted that relates to their position.

Currently, when one of these users receives a notification by email about a new thread being posted, a link is included that requires them to go to the forum's web page to read the actual thread content. I want the contents of the new thread to be included in their notification email so they do not have to log in to our forums to read the message.

I have searched the threads here and could not find an answer regarding this. Is this possible?
