Where? Sending PM upon registration validation.

I setup this thing at one point, but I would like to edit the content of the PM and can't find it. ha, ha

Can anyone point me to where it is again?

AdminCP -> vBulletin Options -> User Registration Option -> Send Welcome PM -> Edit Message

To edit the message, type the text you want to appear in the translations box.
