Is there a mod like "Staff Noteboard"?

What I meant was a noteboard that's visible at top of the page when viewing a forum. And it could be editable by selected usergroups to add more notes on the noteboard, not just the admins.

This is similar to the feature "Notices" but that is only editable by Admins and Super Mods, nowhere to select the usergroups. I want to use this noteboard in my staff forum so when a staff comes in the staff forum, they see the notes at top of bottom etc. Sometimes there are announcements that are not worth having a new thread for them. So I think this mod will be great addition to some of the vB forums.

Or is there already a mod like this?

Just create an announcement for those sections.
