Unsubscribe link in Administrative Mail

This is a Port of the 3.5.4 Version from Kirk_Y

What does this do?
Gives administrator the ability to add an "Unsubscribe/Opt-out" link to Mass Mailings.

Unsubscribe is the same as deactivate the Function "Receive Mails from Administrators"

Installation
1. Download and import the attached Product XML File.
If you're upgrading, set Overwrite to YES when Importing the Product.

Does this work for all emails generated by the admin (i.e. Birthday, etc.) or just the mass mail option?

How can i change the Language in to German?

Uninstalled. I want to respect my members privacy, by not sending them emails if not requested. I thought this would help. Only stops mass emails, but some members don't want any emails.
