On my vBAdvanced homepage, it says..

"You last visited: 09-29-09 at 10:35 pm"

but in my breadcrumb bit, it says:

"You last visited: Yesterday at 10:35 PM"

On the vBAdvanced page, I want to capitalize the PM or AM part. Also, I want to make it say..

"You Last Visited:"

With the capital letters. How do I do this? I can't find the phrase to change it..
