User issue
 

Hey everyone,
I've had this issue for awhile and haven't been able to get around it. Lynne, you've been helpful in the past so hopefully you or someone else has some ideas for this one.

When users input certain information it messes up the tables in their profile. Instead of having the information in the table, the entire thing goes 100% of the resolution. See image for details. As noted, this does not happen to all users' profiles, only ones who have particular fields. I'm not sure why any specific field would do that considering they are all text based.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Create a new style with no parent:

• Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style
• Parent Style: No Parent Style
• Title: Default vBulletin
• Allow User Selection: Yes
• Save

Then browse the site using that totally default vbulletin style - do you still have the same problem?

If it is still happening - Try disabling your modifications/plugins and see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php

Its just for the style I'm using, not for the newest style you had me make or the default. I disabled the hooks and modifications and the problem is still there. Any ideas?

If it's just in your style, then the problem is in one of your templates. You'll need to look at each one that is edited/changed on that page and compare it to the default Jelsoft one and see what the differences are and fix yours.
