How to edit Link 1 - Links 7 in the Navbar?

Styles & Templates > Search in Templates > navbar >

Search for <!-- nav buttons bar2 -->

It is cute but has an issue I'd like to ask about.
In the community menu you have pictures and albums. Normally as admin when I click on that I see all new albums and new pictures added to old ones. In this theme all I see are my own.
How would I go about fixing that?
Running 3.8.1

hi setishock,

the link Pictures & Albums (album.php) is correct , and it schows 2 Blocks as admin :

1. Recently Updated Albums
2. admin's Albums

Please check it again !

One little problem. The catagories are showing up as 6"> General How can I get rid of the 6"> ?
