1) SuMo's can check IP even after changing the option to NO.

2) How to display Rep Points in Post bit? Rep Power is there bot not Rep Points.

3) I see a warning while changing AV, however the AV is changed.

One thing i noticed is your Path is not correct. EX - /this/is/the/path/to/file.php

Yours is doing this - /this/is/the/path/to/file.php /this/is/the/path/to/file

1. Check permissions in Forums & Moderators > Moderator Permissions > look on list Edit Mod Permissions.

their is no option of ip view permission.

Yes there is, it's right under User Permissions:
Can View IP Addresses

Sumo IP Addresses view set to "No" but still they can see IP Address

plz also guide me about my 2 other problems

I just tested this on my test site. I make my test user a Super Mod and they could see IPs. I then went and Edited their Permissions in View Moderators and took away the option to View IPs and to Usergroup Manager and took away permission to see IPs on the online page and then they could no longer see IPs in the posts or the online.php page.
