mailing address verification system
 

I'm looking for a mod that would allow a member to sign up and pay for a yearly subscription and move them to a usergroup. I think this can be done with the existing vbulletin software. The next bit can't :)

Members who have subscribed then can enter their mailing address into vbulletin, and they can then request their address become "verified". This would produce a unique verification code in vbulletin, sending an email with the code to admin which could be printed out and mailed through the post to a member.

Once the member receives the letter in the post, they can login to their account, enter the verification code and if it matches the one produced, it would move them to "verified" status and move them to a new usergroup.

If they change their address, it moves them to unverified and moves to the original usergroup. They can then request again to become verified which would produce a new unique verification code and the process starts again.

Is there a mod out there like this ? Or am I better off trying to find a coder to pay for this mod ? Any recommendations or do I put it in the paid request section ?

If they are paying via Paypal, it indicates whether the address is verified or not.

Thanks. We are unable to have verified addresses in Australia with PayPal so that's not going to help me. And i'm looking for a system that is intergrated into vbulletin and does not rely on a third party (ie paypal/ebay)

It doesn't look like there is anything around so off to find someone to make it for me :)
