size of gradients

can someone please point me in the right direction on how to re size a gradient...i found a post a while back but now i cant find it...if i remember correctly it was done from the main css...if someone knows another way...any help would be appreciated.

i got it myself...for those who want to know u can add

height: 10px;

or

padding: 3px

in the extra css
