Urgent: Small Layer caused by Usergroup/User
 

Hello,

I just had a brilliant idea.
I need a small addon that works on a 2-Level basis: IP and/or Username (depends if is logged in or not).

Main Idea and that what I need is the following:
User X (as a Start only Admin. If someone only will do the main idea) can cause an unblockable layer (unblockable because you need to click a button after X seconds. else you can not klick any link (ajax anyone? :)). In that layer a predefined Text + image or more preferable HTML pops in incl. a counter + button (database saved time please and not just js) after X seconds the user can click it away.

Why do I want this ?
Plain and easy.

I have a board with restricted downloads and have really TONS of multipleaccounts (up to 50 accounts) and I need a punishment and that would be awesome.

If user has IP X.Y.Z.A or (or even AND) Username/ID of XY he gets the popup and every link/button is completely unclickable, so he HAS to view the layer.

If anyone likes the idea too I would like to expand even.
EVERY user can do such a layer BUT! only for a price (VBexperience!) and every user (except admin) can only cause this ONCE an hour. Every user can get pwned by it only every 6-24 hours (adminsettings. admin can cause it indefinitly). Maybe even depending on VBExperience Level he can send different preset "slaps". Admin can define a preset too or use free html or bb what ever the admin prefers for the slap.
