Average CPU usage for vBulletin?

Hello.
Whats the average CPU usage of a clean vBulletin forum?
Would 8~13% be bad with MODs installed?

Thank you!

Apparently, VPS on InMotion Hosting is 1% CPU Usage? I specifically asked them before I signed up and said it wouldnt be a problem. Now they just disabled my account cause I was using more than the initial 1%.
I was on a shared hosting environment and had 1%. Whats the point of upgrading?

Ours at the mo is:

0.27 0.34 0.71 | 48 Users Online (11 members and 37 guests)

This rises quite steeply when we have 600+ online

Kay, who's your hoster Matthew? And are you on VPS?

Dean,

How many total posts + total users do you have? How many are online at once (average)? Which mods do you have installed?

If its indeed the Chatbox, how come it uses so much CPU resources?
