An user cant found the forum
 
Hi, an user -very important user- of my forum cant found the forum. This person use Mozilla, IE and other browser, and use two different pc but he can't found my forum: http://arteforos.com/ in the internet. This user live in Argentina. I don't know what can I do.

Can you help me please?

possible that his isp is blocking the site for some reason.is he behind a firewall ?

Can the user access the site via another ISP? (Maybe through a friend's PC.)

Well, she's using a normal pc and laptop and she cant found the forum in both computers.
When I told her that desactive her firewall nothing happened.

ask her to try it through online proxy

Start by asking her to do a ping to your forum and check the reported IP. This sounds like a DNS problem, most likely caused by her ISP.

She could try using http://www.opendns.com/
