Skin help

Okay right, so I'm trying to edit this skin.

I need to add a black background to the banner and make the forums look more fixed and professional.

here is a screenshot;

Okay, the lines seem out of proportion. How do I fix this?

You separated the forum tables, so the only way to make the columns the same width is to define the width in the code.
