my web sites in not working site name is www.dplforum.org but now is not working i looking and find but not fix problem :( helpme

also admincp open but i want login same problem

You seem to have the forums turned off. I'm not sure what the problem is from what you wrote. Are you getting database errors or what seems to be the problem?

Have you tried disabling the plugin/hook system? if you haven't you should

if this works the cause of your problem is a plugin - you will need to find out which one and disable (product or plugin)

problem is some people change a style and i use tools.php and fix
