How I transfer members of certain titles to a usergroup?

I have member titles, and I want to make the top achieved title a different color. The only way to do this I guess is by creating a usergroup and transfer those members to that group

How I transfer members of certain titles to a usergroup?. the prun/move action only gives certain option and it was designed to delete or move users of low posts.

Can someone advice me pleasE?
