Upload the File dangky.gif to your images directory.
Import the xml file into your vbulletin using admincp

I have to again try to do again take screenshots please i have added that of admincp please if you can try to add a screenshot and it is fully nice product

unrar it and you will find the psd in it
Edit It to your requirements

Rename the image to .gif and upload it to your server in the image directory and import the product
