If you simple paste the url in a post, it should show up like the vb.org link you posted above. If the thread title is getting added to it, then you are using a modification to do that and if you don't want it to happen, you need to disable it.

yest take a look all plugins installed and i dont use any plugin for that, is it plugin or template modification

How to remove what? I don't understand what the issue is. If the problem is as I stated - that a thread title is being added when all you have done is paste a url - then it is a plugin and the way to remove the problem is to uninstall the plugin.
