install:

Go to your admin cp, then:
Plugin System -> Manage Products -> [Add/Import Product] -> Select 'navbar_hizli_admin.xml' from your computer then press 'Import'

navbar open

admincp files change even , new admincp files will follow..

because $admincpdir command with Written

Nice shorcut.
Tagged for future features (ex. customized links, super mods links,.. I don't know,something like that)

Neat hack, Thank you!

Small problem though.. the "Forum Manager" link resolves to ***/admincpdir/***, not ***/admincp/*** like the others.
