Custom Page Coding..

hi
i have just made a custom page for one of the artists affiliated with my website..

www.hiphopgenerals.com/daggerz.php

right so now at the bottom of the page i would like to add exactly the same thing as what you have on your profile page, where anybody can leave you a message. is their code that i can just copy or paste or is their specific code i need ?

Is this person a user on the site? They will need a userid if you are going to allow for the posting of Visitor Messages to them.

I've never tried adding the code for visitor messages into another page. You can look at the member.php and find the code needed there. There is quite a bit kinda scattered throughout the page - you'll need the templates and the arrays and such. It's not a real straightforward thing to do.

See, you can't just add in the visitor message script - the VMs are associated with a userid. So, you need to associate the VMs on that page with a user if you are going to use the vbulletin VM script.
