Cursor placement at Log In

Is there any way I could set the cursor positioned at the Log In field by default?
Think for example; the facebook log in, where the "Email Address" field is highlighted, enabling users to simply key the data without physically having to move the mouse pointer to that field.

Call it simple, but it may just encourage more log ins, as opposed to lookers?
