How do I add custom sections to admin CP?

Such as, when you install vBSEO, or v3 Arcade, it adds new sections to the menu in admin cp.

How do I add my own and customize my page on there?

Any tutorials on here or anyone can help me appreciated.

You will need to create a ./includes/xml/cpnav_<productid>.xml file. See exisitng files for example.
