Usergroup Link code?

Hey guys,

Just wondering if anyone knows the link so 'all' members can see all the usergroups I have set via a link in the navbar, I have set my own standard nav in which you can see here.

So I tried a few things that I thought it maybe, such as.. Usergroups.php and groups.php and it didn't work.

Is this even possible? Surely it must be seen as tho you can see the admin and moderator user-groups set.
