Speech Bubbles?
 

Hiya, just wondering if anyone knows how to do the following;

On my forum, HabboGen.com/forum, I want the forum categories in a speech bubble typed thing, like this;

Image breaks vb.org's spec, so click the link for the image!

I don't know how to make it like that for all boxes, so if anyone can help, much appreciated.
