Freeware Program
 
Can anyone reccomend a Freeware Program that can add <img>Tag Code to existing photo's in your windows photo library (and/or) to downloaded photo's.

Ideally i would like to be able to Drag and Drop the <img>Tag Code (Exactly like you can from Photopost)

Any Suggestions ?
