Birthday message with age?!

Hi !

I'm changing the automatic sending birthday message to make it a bit more personal. Now i want to send the age of the user in it. Like: "Happy birthday! Enjoy your ..th birthday!!

Cause when you look at the calendar it shows the age of the user. How and where is this stored? And how can i use this in the message?
