Is there such a mod?

Basically its like a poll that resets every day automatically, top half of the page is the poll options, bottom half is the bar graph. When the user logs in, there is a reminder asking them to 'please select where you're partying tonight?' or some text we can change in the phrases...

Kind of like a forced daily poll that resets every night...
