VB Layout (Can you help)?
 

Hey guys,

I've looked around here for the code I'm looking for and had no luck. And wondering if anyone would care to spare few minutes going through what it is I have to do.

So I've see many layouts like this with an extra table border around the forum home display http://www.forever-dawn.net/?styleid=29 but don't know how to actually do it, I'm very interested in finding out.

I mod my forum regularly and love getting my hands dirty :) this is how my forum looks at present http://www.fightstar.org/onandoff/index.php

If anyone could help me, it would mean alot.

I think it has something to do with the table border CSS attributes but I just don't know what to put in to either add an extra one or increase the space between the Forumhome and table border line with the one thats already there.
