Certain user to have access to certain thread only
 
I want a certain user to be able to access a certain thread in the admin section but without giving him admin access. How could this be accomplished?

I don't think it would be easy to do it that way. It is probably easier to write a page that only that user can access that has options to do certain things to the thread that you want him to be able to do.
