Is there some sort of mod which changes the language of a page using a translator, something like babel fish translator or anything of the kind?

I know it will translate it badly but still, more audience is more audience :D

something like flags in the header so someone can click on their flag and change to their country region?

try a search on "transl*" in "all mods" "titles only"
