ok, well, I am basically looking for something like this, you are able to go to a person's profile and from the main page there is a way to get to another page in the profile and on this page, there is a set for tagbooks. people can create questions (like threads) they can be set to be only a poll selection polls with the option to write text or just text reponses there can be a list of questions that are hyperlinked selecting each question will bring the entire question so that the visiting member can answer the tags.

And a small icon that can be awarded by staff members, called badges or something?
