More Poll Options (Admin see's who is voting only, require posting before voting)

Hello,

I have a small request, but in coding terms, I am not sure. I was hoping this could be made because I think it would be great for many forums.

Basically, my request is that can there be an option for polls that:

Only Admins (or selected usergroups of like the staff) can see who voted
That members are required to post before voting

They are small options, but it would be great if they could be made.
