Have you tried running Update Counters at all (Rebuild Thread Info)? Are your scheduled tasks working at all (check the times on them and the log for them)?

IRANCITY 08-31-2009 04:41 PM

i update counter .. but Not resolved
i dont know wat am i doing in scheduled tasks !!!!!

Gio~Logist 08-31-2009 04:47 PM

Keep in mind that there's a flood limit enabled, so it doesn't necessarily +1 on every refresh or hit.

Go to Scheduled Tasks > Scheduled Task Manager and see the Next Time listed for your Scheduled Tasks. Are they all times in the future?

IRANCITY 08-31-2009 05:25 PM

i cant found any thing about threat hit on the Scheduled Task

Lynne 08-31-2009 05:27 PM

I didn't ask about the particular task (it's probably Thread Views), but I'm wondering if your Scheduled Tasks are even running so I'm wondering if all the times listed are times in the future. If they aren't times in the future, then they aren't running at all.

i found it
it scheduled per 57 min
so ?

i set it *
Wow man Work Right
tank u DEAR LYNNE
After a few months my issue was solved.

Lynne 08-31-2009 06:54 PM

I don't think you want it at * as that means every minute. Try setting it back to 57 and see if things start to work normally. Or set the first one to 17 and the second to 57 (under minutes) and that will run it twice an hour.

IRANCITY 09-01-2009 08:47 AM

i set it back at 57 but threat view not claim up !
what am i doing ?
why it have problem ?
