I have been searching for the code i need to change.
Remove the Last post column from Forum home, and put the last post info under the forum title/name.
I have seen this on many sites, and have even done it myself in the past, but just cant remember.
For 3.8.4 this is.

It's just a template change. Have you tried doing a search here in the mods forums?

You'll need to edit forumhome and forumhome_level2_post accordingly.

You may also need to edit forumhome_level1_nopost if you have one of those skins that has the Forum, Threads, Replies,etc. heading per category.
