LiqPay merchant - alternative to PayPal
 

Description:

This merchant allows to accept payments with MasterCard and VISA plastic cards via LiqPay system.

Why:

• Not all of us have paypal account
• Micropayments possible
• Easy registration, VERY low taxes.

Installation:

1. Upload files and import product
2. Register at LiqPay site and make all setups there (add your site as "shop", get merchant ID and password). Use online chat, if you have some problems.
3. Go to ACP in merchant settings, and fill ID/password.
4. Enjoy. Now you can accept VISA/MC for subscriptions.

Some things to know:

• Liqpay uses SMS for authorisation.
• You can pay with VISA/MC, but to need VISA to withdraw money (they do p2p transfer)
• Payment tax = ZERO. Withdraw to VISA = 1.95$ + 1%.
• Basic merchant limit is 50 transactions/hour and 300 trx/dayly. You can extend via support.
• Withdraw limits: 2500$/trx, 10000$/month.
• If customer NEVER used liqpay, first payment is follower buy operator call, to verify details. That can take some time. They tell "up to 2 days", but in real life ~10-30 minutes. After people are registered and verifyed, next payments goes without delays.
• I'm NOT affiliated to liqpay. Use their online chat for finance questions.

Hm, that's really interesting. My only concern is that's a bank from ukraine and I scare if the money is safe. Is there any experience with this?

They don't provide signed contracts, so no guarantee. But I had no real problems for 3 years. Of cause, nobody force you to keep there significant money. You can withdraw to card as often as you wish.

Thanks for the quick reply Vitaly. May I ask how many transactions have you done at all and is it ever happen that payments of customers get lost? I read the forum on their site and some customers were complaining the money were lost or similar.
People can pay only by credit card or with phone (micropayment) also?
If I want to get money the only way I need a credit card? Thank you.

I've lost NOTHING for 3 years, and passed moneys amount is really significant.

There was problem, when they did't accepted MasterCard of some series, but it was fixed couple years ago.

Phone is used for authorisation only. You should have phone, that can receive SMS. All transactions are done with credit card. You can use internal bill for transactions, but I don't see reason to do it.

Looks great, well done, I'm interested in something that allows payment via Visa or Mastercard. But I use vB4. :)

I have no time to deeply test it now, so it's not released at vborg. Think, it will be officially available after 1-2 months.

Hey Vitaly can you make a few more different onces that are like built into VB like paypal and this could you do one for Onebip and other random ones.
