Allow users to edit thread title?
 

Is there a way that if a user is allowed to edit their threads/posts, they can also edit the thread title? It appears only the admin can?

ACP>Usergroups>Usergroup Manager>Edit usergroup

vboptions > message posting > time limit of editing thread title. 0 does NOT mean unlimited in this field, it menas 0 minutes.

Thanks Lynne. I will give this a shot. I set it to 7200 to allow five days. Does this sound right?

It really depends on what you want. I set it really high since I don't mind my users changing their thread title.

Note also they have to use the "thread tools" menu to edit the thread title. They always try to do it by editing the first post, which doesn't work.
