How to make a new postbit template and set it to default for a certain forum?

I have a question, I want to make a new postbit template for my sites bios forum for the RPG. How would I make it so its under the postbit templates and so that its the only postbit usable for that forum. Is there away to do this or a mod that allows me to do this? Thanks for anyone who helps.
