Putty SSH problem

Hey was running this fine like 4 hours ago i ran a script and now i cant log in at all But my mate can log in fine at his house

Ive tryed running it on both my ISPs (two diff IPS) and still cant log in
Any ideas lol?

edit forgot to say it gives me timeout errors all the time

Edit 2 lol its working now only when i add the domain name not the ip ;/
