arcade install ver2.68 to vbulletin 3.83

Can some1 tell me where i can get the correct installation instruction for installing pro arcade ver2.68 for vbulletin ver3.83 the ones that came with the download don't show instruction for ver.3.83 and the changes they say to make can't be found please help very frustrating
