[Mod Request] Usergroup Placement by DOB

I'm looking for a mod that will place a user in a particular usergroup at registration using their date of birth.

So for example, if their DOB makes them 12 years old, they will be placed in usergroup X.

But if their DOB makes them 17, they will be placed in usergroup Y.

Thoughts?
