Allow users to have a profile blog?
 
I've seen a 3.7 forum there the users get a profile tab blog. They can submit blogs, and users can comment on the blogs. Where is the mod for this?

I have 3.8, I checked both 3.7 + 3.8 forums for this mod and found nothing.
