Y my avatar don't animate

I set a GIF Animated avatar , its been uploaded but when i post the avatar don't animate as the pic originally do can anyone tell me ?

Have you enabled custom avatars in User group Manager / Picture Uploading Permissions per usergroup

Make sure it is within the allowed dimensions also, or it may get resized and when that happens, it won't be animated.

no its within it...some1 told me to make it animated you have install a mod , is there any mod ?

You do not need a mod to have animated avatars. You just need to allow them in the usergroup manager permissions and then they must meet the requirements set when they are uploaded.
