Users copying posts and posting on another site
 

Just like the title says. A few members directly copied and paisted posts from my site and placed it on their site. Did not bother to change the username or anything. They do not have my permission. Who do I contact?

Have you thought of contacting the admin and asking them to remove the posts?

(I have no legal advice to give regarding this, sorry.)

The admin in non-responsive

There's not all that much you can do to prevent this. You can add javascript to every page disabling right-click, but that won't deter users that are aware of ctrl+c to copy text... You can ban the member that stole your posts. Otherwise you don't have all that much recourse.

I think that all these solution will simply not work if the visitor turns of JavaScript.
