Social Groups

I am having problems because it wont show the Social Groups on my forum but i do go to it on the URL and it says i dont have permission. How can i add it under the community navbar and give myself permission because i am the owner and still won' let me acces it?

Did you give yourself permissions under the Usergroup Manager? And do you have them on under vboptions > user profile options > enable features?
