help with mod
 

firstly sorry but i am new to vb so please be patient with me if i get it wrong.

anyway when you visit a thread and you see the profile field of a poster on the left and it shows you the profile and additional mods.

what i want to do if possible is have it so when someone joins my site in user profile it has :

Please selct game choice in order of skill :

then options for :
1/gow 1
2/gow 2
3/cod 4
etc

then in profile field it shows an image of the options you choose in the order you picked them.

is this possible ?

Yes, it's possible with user profile fields. This topic has been brought up a few times in the last couple weeks. You might want to try a search.

sorry but i would not know where to start with the search,what would i search for ?

"profile field" (with quotes), or image in "titles only" or just browse through the threads in this forum. Also look through the articles forums - search "postbit" or "field" in "articles" "titles only"

I can tell you how to do this...but I'm ona phone at the moment... Search "postbit_legacy info fields" ... I think that's how I figured it out. You have to make a new field... Then add sum code to your postbit_legacy templete.

Try "Military Branches in Postbit and Memberslist" this will do what you are asking with a little editing.

i have this installed already,i have posted up i the thread for an answer but no reply.
also i want it to add the flags in order of user choice.so 1 user can pick option say 1,4,3,2 and another user can pick option say 3,1,4,2 and this places the flags in that order of the user choice.

also i would not know how to edit.this is why i ask for help.many thanks for your help and answers anyway.cheers
