email for new thread creation
 

I was thinking about a possible mod (not sure how many people would find it useful) but in any case, any registered user can email a specified/predetermined email address (will probably have to be an email associated with your domain) and any new emails in that mailbox will create a thread in a pre-chosen section. The thread title would be the email subject and the body will obviously be the thread's body. i was thinking about this mod for users who are mobile and do not want to view the board thru their mobile browser.

i have other ideas as far as options that this mod will give the admin(s) but thats what it'll do, in brief.

its probably not worth it but just curious if you guys have any thoughts/opinions?

I know that if you have a phone that can email, you can probably view the forum thru your mobile browser but those browsers suck and sometimes do not view it correctly. I was mainly thinking about users who thought of a new topic to talk about on the forum but do not have access to a PC at that moment. So if they can easily email their info, it will create the thread for them and when they get to a PC, they can check the replies.
