Register link appears in navbar when logged in

How do I make the register link appear only when it is an unregistered user viewing the forum? Registered users still see the link even after logging in.

admincp > vbulletin options > Allow Multiple Registrations Per User > turn it Yes to No

No Appear if by default but if it is in the custom skin and registration is made to look like it , you have to remove from your navbar or header .
