This is very good news in teh light of the recent changes of vb.com's upgrade policy.

I hav myn vb licences, but I am not planning to upgrade to vb4 because of the ridicilous price. But I would miss the hacks here.

yes u can if u have a expired owned vb licence , but you will not be able to download any updates from the members area.

if you have a leased licence then u will not be able to download anything until renew in done in time or ur licence and access to vbulletin.org / com or on members area will cease
